Bonner Brothers International Hair Show : Atlanta

Last month I had the pleasure of attending the Bonner Brothers International Hair Show in Atlanta. 

It was my first time attending this event. 

Needless to say, I saw so many different types of hair styles. 

From natural locs, and curly afros, to weaves and wigs.

Lotions and soaps, to jewelry, and even color contact lenses. 

 This hair and beauty show had everything you'd ever need.

Featured Artist: Mach Five

I've been a fan of Mach Five for some time now. 

 The Atlanta duo teamed up with Trinidad James

 for their latest single 'Who You Rollin' Wit," which will be 

featured on their Art Rap LP, dropping Jan 15.

A.ware and Corey Davis made their debut in 2008 with their EP Stepchild and have remained on their grind since. Last year they released their Ratchet Shit trilogy EP with collaborations from Juicy J, Danny Brown and Bilal.

Spoiled Milk 2012

A play on words, Spoiled Milk explicates the mundane manner in which concerts are held in Atlanta.The concert was created for the avid supporters of authentic music who have grown tired of the repetition of current music. This new concert series has been created to saturate our taste-buds with variety.     Spoiled Milk coordinators are aiming to fuse together the multitude of talent and brands that populate Atlanta through this innovative production. Attendees will experience a showcase of talent from artists such as Young Scooter, Trouble, Cyhi The Prince, Two9, Translee, Rome Fortune, Majestik, Scotty, Rara, Mighty Network, and more. With DJ's Pretty Boy Tank, Lil Keem, and Dibiase providing the sounds for the evening while Gambino and Mr. V host, the guests are sure to enjoy the show.

I enjoyed myself at Spoiled Milk. 

I'd like to say thank you to every who allowed me to photograph them. You guys are the best.

Makeup with Mimi 101: Fall/Winter Edition

On Aug 26, 2012 I photographed a makeup class hosted by celebrity makeup artist, Mimi J. 

The class was at Envy Pretty Party and all attendees received a 50.00 giftcard. Also Atlanta blogger, OH Nikka was co-hosting the class.

She went over the Fall trends/color palette, used live models for makeup demonstration, gave product recommendations, and tips/techniques for a flawless makeup application.
